Neighbourhood Management

Neighbourhood Area Teams provide day-to-day environmental and amenity maintenance of the highway and other public areas, including services such as street cleansing, grounds maintenance, minor repairs to street lights, footpaths and highways.

Neighbourhood Managers are an integral part of Neighbourhood Management; there are two in Hartlepool, each having responsibility for a geographical area of the town, North & Coastal and South & Central. They work closely with Ward Councillors, community groups and resident associations to facilitate improvements in neighbourhoods.
