Under the Environmental Protection Act 1990, Hartlepool Borough Council is obliged to investigate noise complaints.
Complaints can be made to the Environmental Protection Team either:
- by telephone on 01429 523325
- by letter to Public Protection, Bryan Hanson House, Lynn Street, Hartlepool TS24 7BT
- by e-mail to: environmental.protection@hartlepool.gov.uk
