Anti-social Behaviour Unit
Hartlepool Anti-social Behaviour Unit is responsible for investigating complaints regarding anti-social behaviour and hate incidents.
The Unit believes that the people of Hartlepool have the right to live their lives free from harassment, alarm or distress.
It is the Units goal to work effectively with the public and its partner agencies to deal with the factors that affect the quality of life of residents through prevention, diversion, mediation, support and enforcement.
